DPS- Korba is one of the best schools situated in India's black diamond reserve. Korba, the powercity is famous for SECL,NTPC and BALCO.Completing its 22 years, it is now headed by Mr. Satish Sharma. The medium of instruction is English. The subjects taught are English, Hindi, French, Mathematics, General Science, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, History & Civics and Geography. At the class XI & XII level, the school offers a choice of two streams – Science (with Biology, Mathematics, Computer or Economics) and Commerce. The Faculty is excellent. The board results are getting better year after year. Last year school has won in Geofest International held at Lucknow.
